Explore the foundations of handbuilt ceramics using pinch, coil, and slab-building techniques. Each class includes demonstrations, hands-on studio time, and guidance for individual projects in a welcoming, supportive environment. Registration includes 25 pounds of clay and access to studio glazes. Participants will finish the course with a collection of fired ceramic pieces. Classes meet from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on six consecutive Thursdays: August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, and September 3rd and 10th All are welcome, but space is limited.
